Located just a couple of miles from Disney makes this a popular tourist destination. Get discounts of up to 75 percent from big name stores like Aeropostale, Calvin Kline, Nike and Under Armor. Vineland Premium Outlets

8200 Vineland Ave, Orlando, FL 32821

Why We Like It

Coach, Kate Spade and the Disney Outlet. These are just a few of the stores that you will find at Vineland Premium Outlets. If you can not find what you are looking for, you are not looking very hard. They have free and valet parking options, but finding the free parking can be a challenge on the weekend. When it comes time to take a break, be sure to grab a burger at Ford’s Garage.

Try to visit mid week when the crowds are less intense.

Not everything is outlet price, shop for the gems.

Orlando International Premium Outlets

4951 International Dr, Orlando, FL 32819

Why We Like It

You will find all of the normal big stores here like Coach and Nike, but they also have some lesser found stores such as the Converse outlet. This is one of the largest outdoor malls in Florida, with nearly 200 different stores to choose from, so you will not be bored. The only problem with the outlet is the parking which can be a nightmare at times. Consider shelling out the $20 for valet parking. Well worth it to save you time and a lot of stress.

Pay the valet and enjoy your day.

Don’t plan to pop in and pop out, have lunch or dinner and make a day of it.

Outlets Near Orlando

Are you willing to venture outside of the confines of Orlando? Here are some great outlets that are just a bit further out.

Tanger Outlet In Daytona

1100 Cornerstone Blvd, Daytona Beach, FL 32117

Why We Like It

Located less than an hour from Orlando, you will find the Tanger Outlet Mall. Yes, it is a bit of a drive but putting in a little highway time will pay some big dividends. For starters, parking will be much less of a challenge than it is at the outlets located inside of Orlando. In addition, you will find truer outlet prices. Being a little less touristy and in a cheaper location means that most of the stores you will find get down to the serious business of liquidating merchandise.

This is a great outlet mall to check out on the way to or the way back from a beach near Orlando.

If you want to shop on a weekend, choose Tanger is a good bet.

Outlet Shopping Tips

Before you dive into some serious outlet mall shopping, take a look at a few tips that can help you get the most out of your experience.

Beware The Weather

This is Central Florida and the outlets will be outdoor malls, so you have to keep the weather in mind. If you will be shopping during the Winter or the Spring, congratulations. You will find some of the best shopping weather in the nation.

For those of you who shop in the Summer or early Fall, you need to be prepared for the sun, the heat and pop up showers. Make sure that you and your kids wear sunblock or protective clothing. Clothing should ideally be made of moisture wicking materials like Polyester.

Also, bring an umbrella because storms will pop up out of nowhere. Luckily, they will be short lived, but you don’t want to get soaked.

Know How To Spot A Deal

Just because you are shopping in an outlet mall does not mean that you will always be getting the best price. That 70 percent off sale might just be off of a greatly inflated price.

Bring your phone with you so that you can compare prices with what you would pay at a regular department store. If they are the same, you would be better of buying from the regular store over the outlet. The goods will be in better shape and less picked over.

Popular Outlet Stores

So, just what kind of stores can you expect to find at an outlet? There will be literally hundreds of different stores to choose from, depending on which outlet you visit. Here are some of the most popular ones for families.

As a parent, I love Crocs. They just make getting ready to go out so much easier when you have little ones. No struggling with laces and you do not even need socks. You can find a Croc outlet at all of the outlets listed above.

Another favorite offering mainly clothing and shoes at the outlet. With the way that kids outgrow shoes, parents will appreciate any discount they can get off of footwear. You will find a Nike outlet at all of the outlets listed above.

OshKosh B’gosh

Kids outgrow the clothing just as fast as they outgrow the footwear. With OshKosh, you get quality and with the outlets, you get a great discount. You can find one of these outlets at all of the locations listed above.

Doesn’t mom deserve a little something. you can find potentially huge savings on Coach purses at the outlet. They may be last seasons designs, but they are still Coach quality. You will find a coach outlet in every location above except Lake Buena Vista.
